  • 360Travel.vip acts as an intermediary and adheres to the airline’s cancellation policies. We cannot override airline-specific rules.
2. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a flight booking:

Once your cancellation request is received, our team will verify eligibility for cancellation and process it accordingly.
3. Airline Cancellation Charges
  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the airline, destination, class of service, and the timing of the cancellation (how far in advance you cancel).
  • Some discounted fares may be completely non-refundable.
  • If a refund is permitted, it may be subject to airline penalties and service fees.
4. 360Travel.vip Service Fees
  • A service fee of $25–$75 per ticket may apply to any refund or cancellation request processed through us, in addition to the airline’s cancellation fee.
  • This service fee is non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds may take 7 to 30 business days to reflect in your original method of payment, depending on the airline, bank processing time, and nature of the ticket.
  • Refunds are initiated after receiving confirmation from the airline.
6. No-Show Policy
  • If a traveler does not show up for their flight (no-show), the booking is typically non-refundable.
  • Some airlines may allow partial refunds of government taxes only.
7. Changes to Bookings (Rebooking/Rescheduling)
  • Date changes and rebookings are subject to airline availability, fare difference, and change fees.
  • 360Travel.vip may charge an additional service fee of $25–$50 for changes made via our support team.
  • Not all bookings are eligible for changes.
8. Cancellation Due to Medical or Emergency Reasons
  • In case of serious illness or bereavement, some airlines may offer exceptions to standard cancellation rules.
  • Documentation (medical certificate, death certificate, etc.) is required.
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of the airline, not 360Travel.vip.
9. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
  • If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may be eligible for a full refund, free rebooking, or credit voucher, depending on airline policy.
  • 360Travel.vip will assist in obtaining your refund, but the final decision rests with the airline.
10. Credit Vouchers or Airline Credits
  • Some airlines offer credit vouchers instead of refunds.
  • These vouchers come with specific validity periods and usage conditions.
  • 360Travel.vip does not control the terms of credit issuance or usage.
11. Duplicate Bookings
  • If multiple bookings are made in error, please contact us immediately.
  • Refunds for duplicate bookings may be processed only after airline approval.
12. Disputes and Chargebacks
  • We encourage customers to contact us directly for resolution before raising disputes or chargebacks with banks or card issuers.
  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal follow-up.
13. Travel Insurance Recommendation
  • We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
  • Travel insurance may offer more flexible coverage than airline cancellation policies.
